How Office Shapers uses AddoCore
Office Shapers asks Claude for its daily numbers and runs its WordPress admin on Addofy. This is how that works in practice.
Good to know: Michael Willems, who builds AddoCore, works at Office Shapers. So this is not an independent review. It shows how the products are used there every day.
The setup
- MCP Self-hosted, plus MCP Hosted seats.
- Three add-ons: Missive, WooCommerce and WordPress.
- Addofy in the WordPress admin.
What they ask Claude
Claude looks the answers up in the shop itself.
- A revenue report for the day, every day.
- Which products sell best.
- An overview of the products to buy in, with quantities.
What changed
These lists and overviews used to take weeks of work, and even then they were not always fully correct.
Now the same work takes an hour at most. So far, everything has been correct.
Addofy: one admin, set up per person
Office Shapers used Dashify before. Today the WordPress admin runs on Addofy, where each person sets up the admin their own way.
- Michael works with many options and a full overview, in dark mode.
- A colleague wants as little on screen as possible: a calm admin in the style of Shopify, in light mode.
Both work in the same WordPress site. On top of that, Addofy adds small quality-of-life features to the screens they use every day.
