Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have a right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Below you find when it applies to AddoCore orders and how to use it.

Use the form on this page (the button “Withdraw from contract here” in the footer and on your order pages leads here). Logged in, you choose your order; otherwise you enter your order number and the email address of the order. The form shows per product whether it can be withdrawn and what you get back. You can also tell us by email to [email protected]. You may use the model form above, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days have passed.
We confirm receipt by email. We refund all payments received for the withdrawn order, minus any proportional amount for a service you asked us to start, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the payment method you used. The license or service stops when you withdraw.
- MCP Hosted seat (a service): you can withdraw within 14 days after the contract was concluded. If you expressly asked us to start during that period, you pay a proportional amount for the days the service ran. If you did not ask, you pay nothing for that time.
- Licenses, tool add-ons and bundles, extra seats and WordPress plugin licenses (digital content): at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. After delivery, the right no longer applies. If an order does not have that consent (for example an order placed before we asked for it), you can withdraw from it within 14 days and we refund it in full.
- Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
